Bio
Where did you grow up?
Born in Texas, I spent most of my school years in Okinawa Japan, California, Idaho, and Georgia.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I like to modify and overclock normal products to see what they are capable of. It usually ends in awesomeness, either by actually working properly or by a spectacular failure.

I often do photography work around Moscow with my 3 DSLR/SLR cameras and have plans to try and make a highly unusual pinhole panoramic camera for images around town. More traditionally I've put together several high-resolution panoramas. I used to keep a portfolio of panoramas of Moscow during each season, but that project has been suspended due to the large amount of disk space the project demanded (~4-7GB per session).

About every semester I find some time to build something out of wood. Usually they are normal things like bed frames and desks, but often I'll work on unusual projects such as a covered storage area in the bed of my truck or a large slingshot for water balloons that shoots over 50 yards. But a lack of good tools restricts the types of projects I can actually take on.

I also ride my bicycle often. Here is a recent picture after replacing the front fork and getting the rear triangle welded back together, but before a new paint job and replacement of the chain wheel.

Future
What are your plans for the future (after graduation)?
I hope to do some work with the design of products for use in lighting/imaging/automotive/tools/firearms/radio, but am also interested in staying in school to get more involved in Materials Science or Nuclear Engineering.
