CNR Motor Pool

  • For drivers - print off and fill out the driver Driver's Record Request Form and the Vehicle Use Agreement Form from the CNR motor pool website and and copy your drivers license. Take the paper work to Tammie Dahmen in JEB 120 to get a driving background check. Tammie will place a copy of the forms in the Space Grant mail box.
