Formating:

12 pt font, single or 1.5 line spacing, 1-3 pages

Purpose of Project

1. Summary of the problem you are trying to solve (1 paragraph)
2. Background related to the project (1 paragraph)
3. Why is your project important to the success of VAST? (1 paragraph)

Project Deliverables

1. Describe in detail all of the things you intend to deliver as a result of your work and when you plan to deliver each item. (1 paragraph or list with detailed descriptions)

Resources Required

1. Rough estimate of the budget required to complete project. (table with cost estimates)
2. Preliminary list of tool, labs, software etc… needed to complete project. (bulleted list of items)

Group Members

1. List of group members with major, year in school, strong skills and role within group. (table with group members and info about each member)
