Steps to assemble the communications box into capsule
1. Insert battery into foam slot
2. Insert silver box into place
3. Connect wires from battery to silver box
4. Insert hobo into appropriate slot
5. Connect TV antenna to box
6. Insert communications box partially into capsule, sliding antenna into hole
7. Connect science box wires to communications box wires
8. Push communications box completely into capsule
9. Attach final piece of TV antenna
10. Attach cameras to battery wires from communications box
11. After science box is on, turn on communications box

Communication Structure setup:

The radio antenna will need to be attached then the radio will need to be configured.

- The antenna should be pulled through the opening in the front of the capsule.
The block 3 should be placed on top of the radio

GPS and battery will fit into their respective cutouts.
Place one hand warmer on the battery.
Add Block 4 then place lid on top of the capsule.
Attach the four strings attached on the top of the capsule to the bottom attachments on the main capsule.
Check with communication that packets are being sent before launching.

4.4.1. Final Inspection Checklist
1) Parachute attachments are secure (all four clips)
2) Bag is clipped
3) Science and engineering capsule is turned on
4) Communications capsule is turned on
5) Sci/Eng radio is locked
6) All antennas are connected before radios are turned on
7) Camera have unobstructed view
8) Fast scan camera is secure, getting reception, and logo is visible
9) Still cameras are on
10) Still cameras have batteries
11) Still cameras have film
12) Heat packs are placed in boxes
13) Lift is greater than total capsule weight
14) Ni-Chrome wire is connected
15) LED’s are on before closing capsule.
16) Comm capsule is attached
17) Balloon is attached
