Bio
I was born in Boise, Idaho, and have lived in Meridian most of my life. I graduated valedictorian from Meridian Technical Charter High School in the spring of 2008. During high school, I was an active member in the National Honors Society, Key Club and Student Government. I am currently here at the University of Idaho studying Electrical Engineering. I am now a member of the Honors Program here and I am extremely serious about my education. Since I have been in college, I have become a member of Phi Eta Sigma and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. This is my first year with VAST and I am hoping that it will be a great experience.
Future
I would like my first job to be in the energy industry. In particular, I am extremely interested in solar technology. I have had an interest in solar technology since I was little and saw a special about solar cars on Reading Rainbow. I want to help improve the technology as well as come up with better applications.
